Three ways I can help...
About Design4Impact
The Why behind Design4Impact
Most strategies don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail in execution.
That’s what pulled me in. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with leaders tackling complex, high-stakes challenges. But what interested me most wasn’t the vision—it was the gap between vision and reality. I became focused on the “how.” How do you align people who see things differently? How do you design organizations that actually work? How do you turn ambition into real, sustained progress?
That focus led me into human-centered design, cognitive science, and the mechanics of how people collaborate and move forward together. I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguity—helping teams not just define direction, but deliver on it.
Along the way, I saw a clear gap. Traditional consulting is built for scale—layered teams, junior-heavy delivery, and high costs. But mission-driven organizations are often making critical decisions with limited resources, and need senior, practical support in the moments that matter most. Design4Impact was built to meet that need.
This work is also personal. I spent parts of my childhood in places like Haiti, Guyana, and Chad—experiences that shaped my perspective on privilege, responsibility, and the importance of using my skills in service of meaningful work. My time in and around the ocean has only deepened that sense of what’s at stake.
At its core, Design4Impact is about one thing: Turning ambitious ideas into real, working outcomes—thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with intention.
About Me
I’m motivated by a desire to contribute to meaningful change. While many are drawn to bold visions, I’m energized by the “how”—bringing people, structures, and ways of working together to turn ideas into action.
I work directly with clients in a hands-on, senior capacity—without layers of junior teams. My role is to help leaders align, make decisions, and deliver against complex mandates.
Clients have included the Gates Foundation, Global Communities, FHI 360, Rainforest Alliance, CGIAR, Climate & Land Use Alliance, Clean Air Task Force, Plan International and others.
With more than two decades in consulting at Accenture and Deloitte—most recently at Accenture Development Partnerships, where I served as the Americas Lead for Operating Model Design—I’ve led work across global health, climate, education, and beyond.
I launched Design4Impact to bring that same level of senior, execution-focused support directly to organizations—without the overhead and layers of traditional consulting.
